In an effort to attract conference and incentives groups to Queensland, Business Events Sunshine Coast has launched a new Australia and New Zealand winter campaign.
The new initiative offers complimentary cocktail parties, breakfasts, accommodation rooms and a 20 percent discount on a variety of venue hire and audio visual services.
Business Events Manager Pippa McCreery said offering such an attractive range of business event products and services for professional conference and event organisers drives business to the region.
“We have so much more to offer on the Sunshine Coast than I think most people realize and our new campaign is a way to not only offer some amazing discounts for event planners, but also to show off the great business event offering we have on the Sunshine Coast,” Ms McCreery said.
“We are encouraging event buyers to take advantage of multiple offers while the campaign is on because it’s not just meeting space, its transfers, team-building activities, unique venues, attractions, AV. You name it, it’s on sale.”
The offer applies to events booked between late May to mid August and must have a minimum of 30 attendees.
Air New Zealand offers direct flights from Auckland to the Sunshine Coast twice weekly. Initially, the flights will operate on a seasonal basis between 01 July and 18 September 2012.
